Crystal Palace Footballer Mathieu Flamini Kicks Off First Eco-sustainability Portal
Footballer Mathieu Flamini has launched his own environment initiative entitled BioJournal. The Ex-Arsenal and current Crystal Palaces midfielder states that the BioJournal is, “the first portal entirely dedicated to the bio world and eco-sustainability.”
The new BioJournal web portal will be headed by the renowned environmental journalist Mario Bonaccorso, who aims to create high quality content that will encourage readers to engage in a more eco-friendly way of life. Co-founder Pasquale Granata has said that the magazine will “highlight a responsible and innovative point of view on the globe, aimed at informing, encouraging a debate and actively involving an international audience.”
With news recently that the world has permanently passed the 400ppm carbon dioxide threshold, its more important than ever to seek out new alternative energy sources. We recently reported on two incredible companies, Modern Electron and Global Thermostat.
Flamini has a vested interest in green industry, he is also the co-founder of GFBiochemicals, the only company able to make a green alternative to oil on an industrial scale. When it comes to environmental innovation it seems the climate conscious footballer is one man worth keeping an eye on.
