52 Insights Mix: Here Are The Tracks You Need For Spring
Returning from Iceland has been a huge inspiration for us. We found a landscape not only gorged on otherworldly beauty and extraterrestrial atmospheres but a lively scene full of incredible artists and great food. We got a city review coming shortly, stay tuned in the next few weeks.
In any case, it motivated us to put together a soundtrack of some of our favorite tunes from the last few months leading up to a warm spring that imminently lingers.
We thought we’d spice things up by creating a bit of a global pop mix of mostly new stuff that includes everything from Jamie Isaac’s new single to Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s politically charged material, we’re also enjoying the French murky midnight hip-hop of Gracy Hopkins & arrowed edginess of 21 Savage, we’ve also added some local Icelandic music from Kiasmos to obscure Beatles throwback Thor’s Hammer from the 60s ( The only Icelandic band to ever record with Parlophone).
If you got time to let us know what you think, comment on them if we missed something or just say hello!
